About Me

My photo
Anna-Marie
My mom was diagnosed Celiac in 1991, so I've been able to cook gluten-free for many years. Due to immune and nervous systems damage from Lyme disease, now I am gluten-free and unable to eat processed sugars. My husband lost 40 points of cholesterol just being around my diet, so now we all eat this way. Gluten-free, mostly grain-free, limited sources of sugars. I started this blog for 2 reasons - first, I kept finding great recipes on other people's websites and then loosing them, and second, when other people ask me for help with recipes or supplies, I spend an hour putting it all together for them. Here, I shall be able to find my resources easily, and if it helps anyone else, fantastic!
